过期妊娠并发羊水过少对围产儿的影响

摘要

Objective　To observe the influ ences of the overdue pregnancy coexisting oligohy dramnios on the prognosis of perinatal- fetus.Methods　180 cases of overdue pregnancy patients were divided into two groups:the oligohy dramnios groups ( 50 cases) and the amniotic fluid normal groups (130 cases).The effects of two groups were tested through X2 then. Results　The fetal distress incidence，Apgar low-marks-rate,cesarean section rate and perinatal-fetus death rate of the oligohy dramnios groups were higher than those of amniotic fluid normal groups(P<0.01). Conclusion　The overdue pregnancy coexistING oligohy dramnios has bad effect on perinatal-fetus prognosis.The cesarean section can reduce perinatalfetus death rate and is an important step to treat the overdue pregnancy coexisting oligohy dramnios.%目的观察过期妊娠并发羊水过少时对围产儿预后的影响。方法取同期过期妊娠180 例中并发羊水过少者50例与羊水正常者130 例做对照研究，统计结果按χ2检验。结果羊水过少组产时胎儿宫内窘迫发生率、Apgar低分率、剖宫产率及围产儿死亡率均明显高于羊水正常组，（ P均<0.01）。结论过期妊娠并发羊水过少，对围产儿预后有严重影响；剖宫产是处理过期妊娠并发羊水过少及降低围产儿死亡率的重要措施。
