晚期肝门部胆管恶性梗阻内镜双支架置入的疗效分析

摘要

目的 探讨经内镜金属支架引流治疗晚期肝门部胆管恶性梗阻的安全性和疗效.方法 回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年12月收治的12例采用内镜双金属支架引流治疗的晚期肝门部胆管恶性梗阻的临床资料.结果 本组12例,11例成功置入左右双金属支架,成功率90.9％(10/11),全组无死亡病例.结论 采用内镜双金属支架引流治疗晚期肝门部胆管恶性梗阻是安全可行的.%Objective To explore the effects and safety of double endoscopic biliary stents placement on unresectable malignant biliary obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 12 patients with obstructive jaundice due to advanced carcinoma who were treated with biliary stent through the parallel method from January 2011 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Results 11 cases of 12 were successfully embedded with biliary stent. The successful rate of biliary stent placement was 91. 6% (11/12). There was no sign of stent occlusion during the follow-up period. Conclusion The double endoscopic biliary stents placement could effectively extinct jaundice for patients with unresectable biliary obstruction caused by malignant neoplasm and improved the life quality.
