通过对比中国田径与世界田径以及中国男子田径和女子田径,提出中国田径项目形成目前状况的原因（外界挤压、自身特点、全运会战略和＂奥运争光＂计划影响）以及可能造成不利于中国体育整体均衡发展的影响,建议政府部门深化对田径项目的认识、淡化＂奥运争光＂计划和全运会战略、改善田径运动对大众的亲和力等。%By comparison of track and field between China and the world and China man track and field and woman track and field, the author proposed the causes of formation and present status of China track and field items （outside extrusion, its own features, national games strategy and the ＂Olympic glory＂ plans effect） and also the potential effect to the overall balanced de- velopment of China sports. The author suggested that the government should deepen the awareness of the track and field items, and desalting the ＂Olympic glory＂ plan and the national games strategy and improve the affinity of the tract and field to the mass.
