含 Sn2 O2四元环苄基锡配合物的合成、晶体结构、热稳定性及与 DNA 相互作用研究

     

摘要

二苄基二氯化锡与2-羰基丙酸水杨酰腙反应,合成了含 Sn2 O2四元环的苄基锡配合物,经元素分析、1 H NMR、IR、UV-Vis和X-射线单晶衍射表征分子结构,该配合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c ,晶体学参数:a=19.1002(5)Å,b=18.4256(5)Å,c=15.3626(4)Å,α=γ=90°,β=112.7540(10)°, Z=2, V=4985.8(2)Å3,Dc=1.474 Mg · m -3,μ(MoKα)=1.061 mm -1,F (000)=2240, R=0.0389,wR=0.0886;结构分析表明配合物为双锡核分子,且分子以Sn2 O2四元环为中心对称,中心锡原子为七配位五角双锥构型。在空气氛下,测定了配合物的热稳定性;在 T ris缓冲溶液中,以 EB做为荧光探针,用荧光光谱法初步研究了配合物与鲱鱼精DNA的相互作用,结果表明配合物与鲱鱼精DNA作用是插入结合与静电结合共同作用所致。%Dibenzyltin complex with Sn2 O2 four-member-ring has been synthesized via the reaction of the 2-oxo-propionic acid salicylhydrazide with dibenzyltin dichloride .The complex has been characterized by IR ,1 H NMR spectra ,elemental analysis and the crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction .It crystallizes in the monoclinic ,space group P21/c ,with a= 19 .100 2(5) Å ,b= 18 .425 6(5) Å ,c= 15 .362 6(4) Å ,α= γ=90° ,β=112 .754 0(10)° ,Z=2 ,V=4 985 .8(2) Å3 ,Dc=1 .474 Mg · m -3 ,μ(MoKα)= 1 .061 mm-1 ,F(000)= 2 240 ,R=0 .038 9 ,wR=0 .088 6 .The crystal structure shows that the complex belongs to centrosymmetric structure mode with a four-member-central Sn2 O2 unit ,and the central Sn atom was seven-coordinated in a distorted pentagonal pyramid configuration .The complexes were studied by TGA analysis in air atmos-phere .The interaction between complexes and Herring sperm DNA were studied by EB fluorescent probe ,the result shows that the interaction of the complexes with Herring sperm DNA were intercalation and electrostatic attraction .
