假日旅游可持续发展的伦理审视

摘要

Since its reform and opening up, the holiday tourism is developing rapidly. However, many tourism-related disputes caused by the uneven distribution of benefits appear in the process of development. Facing these disputes, the sustainable development of holiday tourism has come to a deadlock. In fact, every tourism dispute is ethics dispute caused by the uneven distribution of benefits. Examining the problems of the sustainable development of holiday tourism from ethical perspective, the research proposes a way of sustainable development of holiday tourism: the tourism supervision department should strengthen supervision and do a good job in the publicity of tourism ethics; the tourism enterprises should make reasonable schemes and strengthen moral education of the staff; tourism practitioners should pay attention to their behaviors and become good public figures in the team; tourists should establish a correct concept of tourism ethics and improve their moral quality, in order to promote holiday tourism development in a healthy and sustainable way.%改革开放以来，假日旅游迅速发展，在发展的过程中出现了许多由于利益分配不均所带来的旅游纠纷。面对这些纠纷，假日旅游的可持续发展陷入僵局。实际上看，每一种旅游纠纷都是由于各种利益在旅游利益相关者之间分配不均而引起的一场伦理纠纷。以伦理的视角来审视假日旅游可持续发展的困境，探索假日旅游可持续发展的出路：旅游监管部门加大监管力度，做好旅游伦理宣传；旅游经营企业制定合理方案，加强对员工的道德教育；旅游从业人员注意行为举止，做好团队公众人物；旅游者树立正确旅游伦理观念，提高自身道德素质，有效促进假日旅游能够健康可持续的发展。
