以1997-2010年的年度数据为基础,选取房地产实际利用FDI占我国实际利用FDI的比重和社会固定资产投资占GDP的比重为指标,利用ADF检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果检验等计量方法,对房地产FDI影响进行了研究,并提出了一些政策建议。%Based on 1997 -2010 annual data, the paper selects as an indicator the actual proportion of FDI re- al estate uses and the proportion of fixed asset investment accounting for China's actual use of FDI in sharing GDP, using such methods as the ADF test, cointegration test, Granger causalitymeasurement methods in in- specting the impact of real estate FDI. The findings are as follows : long - term fluctuation of real estate FDI and physical capital accumulation, no significant causal relationship exists between them. The paper puts for- ward some policy recommendations.
