河南省水资源利用研究

摘要

河南省水资源相对紧张，由于体制和技术方面的原因，农业水资源的利用效率较为低下，这一直是困扰各级政府的一个难题。通过调查分析，提高农业水资源利用效率还有很多工作可以做，既要从体制上进行改革，又可以从技术角度对河南省农村人口集聚稠密区、农村人口分散稀疏区的水资源利用效率进行分别改造。%Water shortage in Henan Province is the fact,because of system and technology,agricultural water resource utilization is inefficient,this situation is always a difficulty in the government at all levels.Through the investigation and analysis,many work can be done on improving the efficiency of agricultural water use,policy can be reformed,technical work can be done separably in rural densely -populated area and the scattered rural population area in Henan Province to increase efficiency of agricultural water resource utilization also.
