PTT类织物形状记忆功能的测试方法

         

摘要

为探求PTT类面料形状记忆功能的客观测试评价方法,自行研制矩形沟槽式和滑块式仿平抚测试装置,设计了相应的试验与评判方法.试验中,采用棉、蚕丝、黏胶丝、PET及Milk/Tencel混纺等普通面料和纯PTT、PTT与PET交织的面料进行可塑成形定性试验,结果表明仅有纯PTT、PTT与PET交织、高紧密结构PET织物具有可塑性.进一步对可塑性面料进行可塑成形和形状恢复的定量对比,结果如下:自行设计的面料形状记忆功能测试方法的CV值在5%以内,该方法有较好的参考价值;以PTT纤维为经纬丝线原料,配置平纹组织等紧密结构和一定的经纬交织密度,可以使面料的形状可塑且形状恢复的性能得以提高;在原料、组织、紧密度这3个影响因素中,纤维原料最为重要,PTT纤维显然优于其他纤维.%In order to explore an objective test to evaluate shape memory function for PTT fabrics, we developed a rectangular groove forming device and a sliding block stroking device and put forward the test method and evaluation method.In the experiment, we chose PTT, PTT/PET and common material fabrics, such as cotton, silk, viscose, PET and Milk/Tencel, for the plastic forming qualitative test.The results showed that PTT, PTT/PET fabric and PET fabric with high compact structure has plasticity.Further quantitative comparison of plastic forming and shape recovery of plastic fabrics was tested.Results showed that the CV values of the shape memory function testing method of the designing fabrics is less than 5%, which means that this method has a good reference value.Choosing PTT fiber as warp and weft yarn, right warp and weft density and compact structure, such as plain weave, can improve fabric shape plasticity and shape recovery performance.Among the three factors of materials, structure and compactness, the fiber material is the most important, and the PTT fiber is obviously superior to other fibers.
