对华反倾销现状分析及对策研究

摘要

With the continual development of China's economy and the increase of foreign trade,trade friction between China and other countries is becoming increasingly severe.As a result,the situation of anti-dumping to China is also rigorous.Nowadays,China has become the world's biggest victim of it.At first,this paper explains the current situation of the anti-dumping measures against China,and sums up their characteristics in terms of the industry,product,country and frequency.Secondly,on the basis of the above analysis,this paper sums up the reasons and its impact on China;finally,this paper provides some counter measures for the government,association and enterprises.%随着中国经济的不断发展和对外贸易的大幅增长,中国与其他国家之间的贸易摩擦变得越来越严重,中国面临的反倾销形势也日益严峻。文章说明了对华反倾销的现状,并从行业、产品、国别与次数等方面对对华反倾销的特点进行了总结,分析了反倾销被高频率使用的原因及对中国的影响,对中国应对反倾销的现状及问题进行了分析,并结合中国国情为政府、协会、企业提出了一些应对反倾销的对策。
