我国行政问责制面临的困境及完善路径

摘要

Administrative Accountability System is institutional innovation of the contemporary political reform and important measure of establishing a responsible government in China .However,in the course of executing the sys-tem,which exist some problems,such as Culture of Accountability Lag,Subject Vacancy,Narrow Scope and Lack of Legal Basis,which affects the establishment government image under rule of law .This article proposes several reflec-tions of perfecting Administrative Accountability System through analyzing the existing obstacles in the accountabili -ty system.%　　行政问责制是推进政治体制改革、建立责任政府的重要举措。但是在实施过程中，存在问责文化滞后、主体缺位、范围过窄、法律依据缺失等问题，影响了法治政府形象的树立。文章通过对问责制存在的障碍进行分析，提出了完善行政问责制的若干措施。
