超强筋小麦新品种新麦26籽粒灌浆特性研究

         

摘要

为了给优质超强筋小麦新品种新麦26的推广利用提供理论依据,于2009-2010年在新乡市农业科学院小麦研究所对大田试验条件下新麦26的籽粒灌浆特性进行了研究.结果表明,小麦千粒重呈“S”型增长.新麦26比新麦18灌浆持续时间短3d,平均灌浆速率(1.40mg/(粒·d))和最高灌浆速率(2.48 mg/(粒·d))分别较新麦18高2.2%、4.6%,前中期灌浆速率快、积累量大.新麦26灌浆期间籽粒含水量稳定阶段短,灌浆完成后失水快.因而认为,新麦26具有灌浆时间短、灌浆速率快、粒质量高、落黄好的特点.在推广应用新麦26时,应注意提高单位面积穗数和穗粒数,并适时收获防止籽粒干物质回流.%In order to offer evidence for spread and application of the new strong gluten wheat cultivar Xinmai 26,the grain filling characteristics of Xinmai 26 was studied under field conditions in 2009 - 2010. The results showed that the increase of grain dry-weight showed "S" curve at grain filling period. The entire grain filling period of Xinmai 26 was shorter than that of Xinmai 18 by 3 d. Both the average and maximum of filling rate of Xinmai 26 were higher than Xinmai 18 by 2. 2% and 4. 6%. The gradual increase stage and the rapid increase stage of Xinmai 26 manifested higher filling rate and bigger accumulation. Moreover,the smooth phage of water content during filling of Xinmai 26 was shorter, and water lost quickly after the filling period. In conclusion,Xinmai 26 was characterized by short filling period,high filling rate,high grain weight and good senesced-yellowing. To promote Xinmai 26,the attention should be paid to improve the ears per unit area and grain number, and timely harvest to prevent back flow of grain dry matter.
