蛇附子对肉鸡细胞因子及免疫器官发育的影响

             

摘要

为研究蛇附子对肉鸡免疫功能的影响,选用150只7日龄三黄肉鸡,随机分为5组(Ⅰ—Ⅴ组),每组30只鸡。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅴ组在基础饲粮中添加10 mg/kg的盐酸左旋咪唑;Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别在基础饲粮中添加0.5%、1%、2%的蛇附子。分别在给药5 d、10 d、20 d后测定肉鸡血清中细胞因子白介素1(IL-1)、白介素4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、肿瘤坏死因子γ( TNF-γ)含量及免疫器官指数。结果显示,日粮中添加蛇附子可以提高肉鸡血清IL-1、IL-4、TNF-α、TNF-γ的含量和免疫器官指数。其中, IL-1、IL-4以添加1%的蛇附子在给药20 d后提高幅度最大,分别较对照组提高了56.99%( P<0.05)和74.60%( P<0.05)。 TNF-α、TNF-γ以添加2%的蛇附子组提高幅度最大, TNF-γ在给药10 d后较对照组提高了99.50%(P<0.05),TNF-α在给药5 d后提高了60.02%(P<0.05)。脾脏指数、胸腺指数、法氏囊指数以添加1%的蛇附子组提高幅度最大,脾脏指数、胸腺指数在给药20 d 后提高116.67%( P <0.05)、27.27%(P<0.05);法氏囊指数在给药10 d后较对照组提高了60.00%(P<0.05)。可见,蛇附子具有提高肉鸡免疫功能的作用。%The research aimed to explore the effect of Tetrastigma hemsleyanum on broilers immune func-tion. One hundred and fifty broilers were randomly into five treatments and thirty broilers in each repli-cate. The broilers in control group were fed basal diet. The broilers in group Ⅱ,groupⅢ,and group Ⅳwere fed the basal diet supplemented with Tetrastigma hemsleyanum at 0. 5%,1% and 2%,respectively. Group V broilers were fed the basal diet supplemented with levamisole hydrochloride at 10 mg/kg. The test duration lasted for twenty days to find out the impact of supplementary Tetrastigma hemsleyanum could improve IL-1,IL-4,TNF-α,TNF-γ and the weight of immune organs. Compared with the control group,IL-1,IL-4 of the group adding 1%increased by 56. 99%(P<0. 05) and 74. 60%(P<0. 05) re-spectively. TNF-γ increased by 99. 50%(P <0. 05) after ten days and TNF-α increased by 60. 02%(P<0. 05) after five days in group Ⅳ. Spleen index,thymus index of the group Ⅲ increased by 116. 67%(P<0. 05) and 27. 27%(P<0. 05) after twenty days,and bursal index increased by 60. 00%after ten days. In conclusion,Tetrastigma hemsleyanum could enhance the immune function of broilers.
