碟盘刀具振动与切削破碎煤岩力学特性的数值模拟

         

摘要

为获得碟盘刀具的运动与结构参数在轴向振动与径向切削复合破碎煤岩过程中的力学特性,运用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立等效单刀齿复合破碎煤岩的三维实体模型,采用单因素实验方案,分析不同运动与结构参数作用下煤岩体的应力状态与刀具的载荷.结果表明:刀齿轴向向自由面方向振动时,煤岩体中应力主要分布在刀齿齿尖与楔面处,拉应力区域集中在齿尖处,压应力主要分布在楔面上方,随着刀具向自由面方向振动应力区域向齿尖处扩展.刀齿径向载荷和轴向载荷峰值的周期性与振动过程和方向有正相关性.刀齿径向载荷与振动幅值和频率成反比,与径向速度和切削厚度成正比,轴向载荷与切削厚度成正比.该研究对碟盘刀具破碎煤岩的深入分析和高效破岩机构的设计有着基础性借鉴意义.%This paper describes an investigation into the mechanical properties behind the motion of disc cutter and structural parameters, as occurs in the process of combined crushing of coal and rock with axial vibration and radial cutting.The study using ABAQUS software involves developing the three-di-mensional solid model of single-tooth composite crushing coal rock and analyzing the mechanical charac-teristics behind the damaged coal rock mass in the upper part of the blade by single factor test scheme. The work demonstrates that with axial vibration in the direction of free surface, the stress in coal rock is mainly distributed in knife and the wedge surface;regional distribution of tensile stress is concentrated in the tooth;compressive stress is mainly distributed over the wedge surface;with the action of vibration in the direction of free surface, the stress region extends to the tip of the tooth;and there is a positive corre-lation between the periodicity and vibration process and direction of the radial load and the peak load of the axial load of the cutter teeth.The research identifies the underlying law that, the radial load of the cutter tooth is inversely proportional to the amplitude and frequency of the vibration and is proportional to the radial velocity and the cutting thickness and the axial load is proportional to the thickness of the cut-ting.The study may provide a reference for the deep analysis of the broken coal rock and the design of the high efficient rock breaking mechanism.
