山羊悬雍垂的组织学及亚微结构特征

摘要

In order to study the sheep uvula normal organizational structure,and provide theory basis of morphology,histology and pathology for studying sheep uvula.The fresh sheep uvula,conventional paraffin sections,H-E staining,light microscope and electron microscope was extracted to observe the uvula organization of health goat.The results showed that： uvula was constituted mainly by the following integration： the surface epithelium（mainly being the rehabilitation of squamous cell）,the subcutaneous tissue（loose connective tissue）,glands,fat tissue,muscle tissue（main being muscle）,and cartilage.It also contained obvious blood vessels and catheter structure.Gland organizations embedded in their muscle cells between the beam and fat cells could also see the accompanying glands and cartilage.Because there were differences of its thickness in the windward side and windward side,but also relevant comparison.The study can provide the morphological data for the human throat disease etiology,pathology,diagnosis and treatment.%探讨山羊悬雍垂正常的组织学构造，为研究山羊悬雍垂提供一些形态学和组织学及病理学的理论依据。取新鲜山羊悬雍垂，常规组织切片，HE染色，光镜和电镜观察。悬雍垂主要由表面上皮组织（主要为复层鳞状上皮）、上皮下组织（疏松结缔组织）、腺体组织、脂肪组织、肌肉组织（主要为骨骼肌）和软骨组织构成，另外还有明显的血管和导管结构。其腺体组织包埋在肌细胞束和脂肪细胞之间，也可见到腺体和软骨相伴。由于其黏膜厚度在迎风面和被风面存在差异，也进行了相关比较。该研究可为人类的咽部疾病的病因、病理、诊断和治疗提供形态学基础。
