基于D_n格小波图像矢量量化编码方法

摘要

The vector quantization is an efficient data compression technology as an efficient compression technology.Its advantages that the compression ratio and decoding algorithm is simple has an excel lent rate of characteristics.In the paper,the image wavelet coding redundancy to remove the loose distribution of the wavelet coefficients space structure and complexity.And then through the grid to quantify and reduce the complexity of the codebook,and to quantify the image through the four dimensional codebook.%矢量量化是一种高效的数据压缩技术,作为一种有效的有损压缩技术,其突出优点是压缩比大以及解码算法简单,具有优良的率失真特性。通过将图片通过小波变换从而去除小波系数空间的松散分布结构所带来的编码冗余和复杂度。然后经过Dn格量化,降低码书的复杂度,通过4维码书对图像进行量化。
