普通高等农业院校高层次人才队伍建设的对策与思考--以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例

         

摘要

针对普通高等农业院校高层次人才工作中存在的突出问题,以黑龙江八一农垦大学为例,从观念、机制和环境等方面出发,创新高层次人才队伍建设思路。以教学和创新科研团队为平台,落实目标责任制,采取了一系列吸引人才、培养人才和使用人才的机制与方法,为我国普通高等农业院校高层次人才队伍建设提供一些有益借鉴。%Taking Heilongjiang Bayi agricultural university as a case, on the basis of problems in construction of high-level talent team, starting from the conception, mechanism and environment factors to innovate the thinking of high-level talent team construction. Teaching and creative scientific research team were used as platform, and target-oriented responsibility system was implemented,and a series of mechanism and method of attracting, cultivating and utilizing talents was adopted.Some beneficial reference could be provided to high-level talent team construction of general agricultural colleges and universities in China.
