顶岗实习支教专业指导的思考

摘要

师范生顶岗实习支教既是加强学生实践教学的重要手段,也是支援农村教育教学工作的重要途径。在校师范学生参加顶岗实习其压力是显而易见的。探索专业指导教师如何从多方面对顶岗实习支教学生进行专业指导,使学生圆满地完成顶岗实习支教工作有着重要的意义。%Supporting teaching is an important method of practicing for the students majoring in education,which is benefit for the schools which are short of teachers.But the students in the supported schools must have some problems they can＇t solve.So they need the teachers＇ help.Some methods of helping students to adjust to the working place and work efficiently were explored.
