摘要

By illustrating the situation of constructing Heilongjiang Science and Technology Department Archives,the main problems which exist in the construction,management and development were discussed and corresponding measurs were put forward.%通过阐述黑龙江省科技厅科技档案馆建设现状,并针对目前科技档案建设、管理与开发利用中存在的主要问题,提出了科技档案馆发展对策。
