快速城市化趋势下的城市商业综合体研究——以合肥港澳广场项目为例

城市商业综合体是城市形态发展到一定程度的产物，商业建筑综合体以其多元化、综合化的空间形式改变了传统商业建筑的设计方法。结合实践案例，文章探讨在快速城市化发展背景下，城市商业综合体在商业定位、功能组成、空间形态、环境艺术等方面的发展现状及其在当今城市发展中的重要作用。%Urban commercial complex is a product of the development of urban morphology to a certain extent. Commercial building complex has changed the traditional design method of commercial buildings with its diversified and integrated space form. Based on a case in Hefei, the development of the urban commercial complex in the context of rapid urbanization is studied in view of its commercial position, function composition, spatial patterns, environmental art, etc. The important role of the urban commercial complex in today＇s urban development is also discussed.
