安徽省高新技术产业现状及发展对策探讨

摘要

High-tech industry has already been an important factor to promote economic development and the level of its development is an important symbol to measure the level of regional economic development.It has become a major feature of contemporary economy to rely on scientific and technological progress to promote the development of social and economy.In recent years,the high-tech industries in Anhui Province have gotten such achievements as the industrial scale,base-building and entrepreneurship awareness.However,there are still defects in terms of the industrial labor division,capital venture,advanced technology digestion and so on.This article puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of high-tech industry in Anhui Province,such as increasing efforts to support high-tech industrial policy,strengthening the development of scientific and technical personnel,improving the capital venture system,speeding up the undertaking of high-tech industries transfer and promoting construction of high-tech industrial bases.%高新技术产业已经成为推动经济发展的重要因素,其发展水平是衡量区域经济发展水平的重要标志,依靠科学技术的进步来推动社会经济的发展已经成为当代经济的一大特征。近年来,安徽省的高新技术产业在产业规模、基地建设和创业意识等方面已经形成了较好的成果,但在产业分工、风险投资、先进技术的消化等方面还存在不足。因此,建议实施加大对高新技术产业政策的扶持力度、加强科技人才队伍建设、完善风险投资制度、加快承接高新技术产业转移、推进高新技术产业基地建设等措施,促进安徽省高新技术产业快速发展。
