论建立基本社会制度的需求和理论依据

摘要

The construction of the harmonious society in China involves building eth basic social system,which is an important institutional innovation.The basic social system corresponds to the basic political system and the basic economic system,playing an important in consolidating and perfecting the socialist system.However,no one has put forward the concept of the basic social system yet.Seen from the perspective of the social development in China,building socialism with Chinese characteristics,building a harmonious society,straightening out relationship between the host system and the hypogynous system and the system shift and regulating social structure all need to build the basic social system.%我国的和谐社会建设包括基本社会制度建设,建立基本社会制度属于重大制度创新。基本社会制度对应于基本政治制度和基本经济制度,在巩固和完善社会主义制度方面起重要作用,然而,我国至今尚未正式提出基本社会制度概念。从我国社会发展的视角看,中国特色社会主义建设、和谐社会建设、理顺上位制度与下位制度的关系以及制度变迁和调整社会结构都有建立基本社会制度的需求。
