The pervaporation membrane techology was adopted to recover isopropanol used in the production process of ceftriaxone of CSPC, and it was compared with the original salt extraction process. The dehydration performance of the pervaporation membrane was tested to provide basic data for industrial design. The result showed with isopropanol that water content of no more than I% could be recovered from isopropanol with water content of 15% by the pervaporation membrane techology,and the handling capacity is 6 000 kg/d. For the superiority of low energy consumption and low pollution, the pervaporation membrane process could be used to replace the salt extraction process.%采用渗透汽化膜技术对头孢曲松钠生产过程中的异丙醇回收进行了实验,并与原有的盐萃取回收工艺进行了比较.实验考察了渗透汽化膜的脱水分离性能,并为工业设计提供基础性数据.结果表明,含水量为15%(质量分数,下同)的异丙醇经渗透汽化膜脱水后得到含水量≤1%的异丙醇,处理量为6 000 kg/d.该工艺具有低能耗、低污染的优势,可完全代替盐萃取工艺.
