高校基层党建工作考核评价体系探讨

摘要

对高校基层党建工作进行考核评价是贯彻党的十八大精神和落实高校党建工作责任制的需要，也是保证高校基层党组织创先争优常态化、长效化的具体举措和有效路径。分析了高校基层党建工作考核评价现状，构建科学的考核评价体系，完善考核评价程序并建立其保障机制。%Making an examination and evaluation of the basic unit party construction in universities is necessary for implementing the spirit of 18th CPC National Congress and responsibility system of party construction,and it is also a concrete measure and an effective path for advanced grass-roots party organization. The article analyses the state of examination and evaluation of basic unit party construction in universities, establishes the index system of examination and evaluation, perfects the procedure of examination and evaluation, establishes the protecting mechanism of the system of examination and evaluation of basic unit party construction in university.
