我国企业的反腐败社会责任研究

摘要

Corruption is chronic disease in politics, which has run over the field of politics and into the social field. It is the corruption in the social economic field and has been affecting the social economy harshly. At present, Chinese enterprises pay little attention to their social responsibility, with grave corruption inside the enterprises, existing in the significant links and areas, which affect gravely the enterprises’ image and make damage to the social economic environment. Social econoy is closely connected with people’s life, so corruption erodes greatly the enterprises’ social responsibility. This paper sees that anti-corruption act is an important social responsibility for the private enterprises. And anti-corruption act should be the social responsibility for enterprises of various ownerships. It also analyzes the current state of the anti-corruption act in various enterprises and proposes the countermeasures for the anti-corruptio social responsibility.%腐败是政治顽疾，其已超出政治领域而向社会领域蔓延，具体的表现为社会经济领域的腐败，它会对社会经济造成极其恶劣的影响。我国现阶段企业内部不太重视企业应承担的社会责任，企业内部腐败现象严重，腐败存在于企业的重要环节和领域，这严重影响了企业的形象并对社会经济环境造成了破坏。社会经济与人民的生活休戚相关，腐败会严重侵蚀企业的社会责任。文章认为，抵制贪污腐败行为是民营企业的重要社会责任，反腐败应该是经济领域各种所有制企业应尽的社会责任，并对我国经济系统的各种所有制企业的反腐败社会责任现状及提高企业的反腐败社会责任的对策或手段进行分析。
