生态城市目标下城市生态治理的选择与实践

摘要

经济全球化和竞争的加剧，迫切要求城市管理权力的分化，传统的城市管理模式正向城市治理模式转型。生态城市的未来发展目标客观上要求与之相适应的生态治理机制的对接。顺应这种可持续发展观，生态城市形态成为建构生态治理机制的内生动力%　　The intensification of economic globalization and competition urgently request the differentiation of city management power, and the traditional city management pattern is transforming to the new city governance. The targets of the ecological city for the future development objectively require a corresponding ecological management mechanism to butt joint it. To comply with the concept of sustainable development, the pattern of the ecological city will become the endogenous power of the constructing the ecological governance mechanisms.
