河北城市居民幸福指数及指标体系的构建

摘要

“幸福指数”已经成为落实科学发展观过程中被频繁提及的话题。幸福指数能用数字把主观的感受表示出来，给人以直观的印象。研究城市居民幸福指数及其评价指标体系的构建，对我省政府部门在经济发展中制定以人为本的相关人文关怀的政策，促进社会全面和谐发展具有十分重要的意义。%The ＂happiness index＂ has been a hot topic frequently mennoneu m the V~w~o~ ~, ~ Scientific Development Concept. The ＂happiness index＂ can express people＇s subjective feelings digitally in order to give an intuitive impression. It has important significance to research the construction of happiness index and its system of evaluation index when the Provincial government offices formulate people oriented policies related to humanistic care in the economic development, which has the same significance to promote the overall social and harmonious development.
