承德市零售业发展现状及趋势研究

摘要

As the main body of the circulation of commodities, the retail industry plays an important role in guiding production, promoting consumption and the healthy development of the national economy. Through the analysis of the development situation and trend of the retail industry in Chengde City, this paper lists the existing problems and suggests that Chengde should seize the opportunities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration develop-ment, optimize commercial network layout, adjust the retail format structure, innovate business ideas and business strategy, establish the human resource management system, and accelerate the pace of development of the retail industry.%零售业作为商品流通的主体行业，在引导生产、推动消费、促进国民经济健康发展等方面起着重要的促进作用。通过对承德零售业发展现状和发展趋势的分析，发现承德市零售业面临着一些问题。承德市应抓住京津冀一体化发展的机遇，合理优化商业网点布局，调整零售业态结构，创新经营理念和经营战略，建立人力资源管理系统，加快零售业的发展步伐。
