个性化糖尿病教育对代谢综合征合并抑郁症患者预后影响

     

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of individual diabetes education on prognosis of patients with metabolic syndrome and depression. Methods Fifty - six patients from medical examination center with metabolic syndrome who were diagnosed with depression through Hamilton depression scale ( HAMD ) at the same time were divided into individual diabetes education group and control group. Metabolic indexes of all patients were observed and severity of depression were evaluated through HAMD again after 12 months. Results Compared with that of control group, the HAMD scores of individual diabetes education group were significantly decreased, and part of metablic indexes improved after 12 months. There were statistical differences between the two groups ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusion Individual diabetes education can improve metabolic abnormal and emotion disorder in patients with metabolic syndrome and depression, which has important clinical significance.%目的 探讨个性化糖尿病教育对代谢综合征合并抑郁症患者的预后影响.方法 代谢综合征患者56例,通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表进行评估且分数超过18分,随机分为个性化糖尿病教育组(观察组)及对照组,对观察组进行个性化糖尿病教育,随访12个月,测定各项代谢指标,再次通过汉密尔顿抑郁量表进行评分,并与入组时进行对比.结果 与对照组相比观察组患者12个月后汉密尔顿评分明显降低,且部分代谢指标明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对代谢综合征合并抑郁症患者进行个性化糖尿病教育可以改善患者的精神状态,并能改善代谢异常,具有重要的临床意义.
