目的 探讨社区护理干预对提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性的影响.方法 通过社区调查将300例糖尿病患者知情同意情况下入组,随机抽取200例患者作为观察组,予以护理干预,余100例患者只参加调查,随访半年,对比2组患者血糖控制情况,对比观察组干预前后、观察组同对照组患者对治疗的依从情况及分析依从性差的原因.结果 观察组血糖控制情况明显优于对照组,二者相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后对治疗依从性显著提高,同干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),干预前观察组同对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但干预后相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组半年前后相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).依从性差原因中疾病认知不足同其他原因相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 社区护理干预能显著提高糖尿病患者治疗依从性,进一步研究将其推广普及,可更好地防治糖尿病,服务于广大人民群众.%Objective To discuss the effect of community nursing intervention to improve the compliance of the patients with diabetes. Methods A total of 300 patients with diabetes were divided into control group and observation group by informed consent. One hundred cases only participated in the survey ( the control group ) while 200 cases participated in the survey and were given community nursing intervention ( observation group ). Both of the two groups were followed up for 6 months, and the blood glucose control and the compliance were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results The blood glucose in the observation group was better than that in the control group ( P < 0. 05 ); the compliance of the observation group after the treatment was higher than that before the treatment P <0. 05 );The compliance had no significant difference in the control group before and after the treatment; Lack of the recognition of disease was main cause for poor compliance compared with other causes. Conclusion Community nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment compliance of the patients with diabetes, and popularization of community nursing intervention can be beneficial to the diabetes control and serve the public.
