目的 探讨自锁托槽与传统托槽矫治器对牙周健康的影响.方法 将2009年10月-2010年10月接受正畸治疗的患者100例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.其中对照组采用传统托槽矫正,观察组采用自锁托槽矫正.指定专门医师检测治疗前和治疗6个月后的牙周指数,比较2组差异.结果 治疗前后2组牙周指数比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 自锁托槽矫治器对于促进牙周组织的健康状况作用不大,牙周的健康状况还是与患者的口腔卫生状况密切相关.%Objective To investigate the impact of the self-locking brackets and conventional bracket on periodontal health. Methods A total of 100 patients receiving orthodontic treatment from October 2009 to October 2010 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional bracket correction while the observation group was given self-locking brackets. The specialized physicians were assigned for detecting the periodontal index gingival index (GI), plaque index (PLI), sulcular bleeding index (SBI) and probing depth (PD) before and after the treatment. Results There was no significant difference in periodontal index between the two groups before and after the treatment (P > 0. 05). Conclusion The self-locking brackets have little effect on promoting the health status of the periodontal tissue, and the periodontal health status is closely related with the patient's oral health status.
