介质热管锅炉成套供热系统高新技术的应用

摘要

Media heat pipe boiler heating system is a high technology of state level developed by Harbin university.More than 100 boiler system,heating area 200,000 m2 ,has been successfully put into operation in Zhangjiakou city.The main feature of this system include:1.more conservation of wa-ter,electricity and fuel.2.suitable to lower operation temperature.3.simple in system,start up quickly.4.lower capital investment and more safety operation.The system is suitable to intermit-tent heating load,such as school,workshop house,etc.The heating system is a combination of modern boiler and heat pipe technologies,which has a bright future.%介质热管锅炉成套供热系统是哈工大的科研成果，属于国家级新技术产品．该项技术的成功引进和应用，填补了我市供热领域的一项空白．现已成功投入运行100余台套，供热面积20万 m2．该系统的突出特点是：1、节电、节水、节煤；2、抗寒冻；3、系统简单、启动快；供热惰性少，供热均匀，传热效率高，4、投资少，使用方便；安全可靠．特别适用于中、小学校、影剧院、生产厂房等间歇式供热的用户．该技术是现代锅炉技术和热管技术结合而创立的新一代供热系统．其推广和应用有广泛的发展前景．
