适用于自助互助养老的智能老年公寓建设探析

摘要

This paper proposed that a certain proportion of intelligent apartments for elderly peolple in new or existing communities should be built or transformed which make the elderly peolple to live in the apartments in the nearby social and cultural environment unchanged.Giving deliberate con-sideration to the elderly spiritual needs as well as residence,life,service,nursing and medical treat-ment in basic requirment.The scheme is prominent on public space and intelligent design.Every-one can carry forward the spirit of mutual in communitie.The community service is extended to include apartments for the elderly services,as much as possible to achieve bettercared.%提出在新建社区或现有社区改造时建设一定比例的适用于自助互助养老的智能老年公寓。让老年人在社会人文生活环境不变的情况下就近入住老年公寓。老年公寓在满足居住、生活、服务、护理及医疗的基础上，充分考虑老年人融入社会的精神需求，突出公共空间和智能化设计。让传统的互助共济思想在社区公寓养老实践中发扬光大。原有的社区服务延伸加上老年公寓提供的服务，尽最大可能实现老有所养、老有所为、老有所乐。
