玄武岩纤维增强整体木梁抗弯性能的承载力计算

         

摘要

通过对11根矩形截面木梁的受弯静力试验,分析和研究了影响玄武岩纤维增强整体木梁结构性能的各种因素以及纤维增强整体木梁极限抗弯承载力、挠度等性能. 根据木材受力的应力—应变曲线,提出了玄武岩纤维增强整体木梁受弯试验计算模型,在分析了玄武岩纤维增强整体木梁各种破坏形式的基础上,运用提出的计算模型,推导出了纤维增强整体木梁受弯承载力的计算公式. 经过计算玄武岩纤维增强整体木梁受弯承载力计算结果与试验值吻合较好,说明所推导计算公式可作为纤维增强整体木梁设计参考.%Through the static bending test of 11 rectangular timber beams, the influencing factors on basalt fiber reinforced timber structure and overall performance of the whole fiber-reinforced beams limit deflection performance, such as the flexural bearing capacity, are analyzed and researched. According to the wood stress of the stress-strain curve, the overall basalt fiber-reinforced timber beams bending test calculation model is proposed, and the basalt fiber-reinforced whole beams damage form is analyzed. On the basis of this, by using the proposed model, the whole beam formula for calculating the bending capacity of reinforced fiber is deduced. After the calculation of basalt fiber-reinforced, the calculation results and the test results of flexural bearing capacity of the whole beam are well agreeed, which shows that the computing formula can be used as the overall design reference of fiber-reinforced beams.
