论人民币作为结算货币的选择--基于跨境贸易人民币结算发展的经验研究

摘要

自2009年跨境贸易人民币结算开始实施以来，人民币在我国对外贸易结算中所占比例日益提高，所起的作用日益扩大。在此背景下，我国于2012年5月又适时推出人民币与日元的直接交易。这两项举措为人民币在我国对外贸易中作为结算货币的使用及影响力的扩大提供了有利条件，也极大地促进了人民币的区域化及国际化。基于自跨境贸易人民币结算实施以来我国对外贸易中人民币结算实施的具体情况，论文对人民币在我国对外贸易结算中的选择性问题进行研究，找出制约其发展的关键性因素，进而找出相关对策与建议。%Since the start of cross-border trade settlement in 2009 , the proportion of RMB as currency of settlement in our foreign trade is increasing, and plays a more important role. In this context, China timely puts forward the RMB and yen direct trading in the May of 2012 . These two measures provides favorable conditions for the uses of RMB as the currency of settlement in China's foreign trade, and also greatly promote the regionalization and interna-tionalization of RMB. Therefore, this paper tries to analyze the selection of RMB in China’ s foreign trade settle-ment based on the details of implement of RMB as the currency of settlement, and finally puts forward some sugges-tions and countermeasures.
