Since reform and opening up,our Chinese medicine enterprises have been developing by leaps and bounds.However,as international and domestic market-competition intensifies,Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises are facing many problems in the development,and t%改革开放以来,我国中医药企业得到了长足发展。但是,随着国际国内市场竞争的加剧,中医药企业的发展也出现了许多问题,其核心竞争力的构建也成为企业管理者必须解决的问题。中医药企业应从品牌,营销组织结构,人才方面采取措施,构建自身的核心竞争力。
