基于Genstat的GGE双标图评价花生区试中的品种及试点

         

摘要

为分析花生区试中参试品种的丰产性、稳产性和适应性以及各个试点的区分力和代表性,利用基于Genstat的GGE双标图对2015-2016年国家(北方片)花生区域试验的8个品种,15个试点的荚果产量试验数据进行分析.结果表明:'开农705'、'商花11号'和'郑农花15号'的丰产性和稳产性较好,'农大511'的产量高稳产性较差,但在生产上仍具有应用价值.15个试点被分为3个类型区,在3个类型区中表现最好的品种分别是'徐0316'、'商花11号'和'开农705'.日照、菏泽和济宁是理想的试点,具有较好的区分力和代表性.%In order to analyze the high yield, stability and adaptability performance of peanut, discrimination and representativeness of testing sites, GGE biplot based on Genstat was employed to identify the regional trials pod yield data for peanut from 2015 to 2016 in north China. Eight genotypes were tested in fifteen testing sites. The results showed that' Kainong705', ' Shanghua11 ' and ' Zhengnonghua15 ' had higher yield and better yield stability. The yield of 'Nongda511' was high while the stability was low, which still had application value for production. Fifteen testing sites could be grouped into three mega-environments. The best performing candidate genotypes for three mega-environments were'Xu0316', ' Shanghua 11' and 'Kainong705' respectively. The ideal testing sites were Rizhao, Heze and Jining of Shandong with the greatest discriminability and representativeness.
