权力行使理念的错位与矫正

摘要

The austere situation of the duty crime again makes the problem of power exer- tion be on focus. The root of the problem of power exertion is the distortion of the idea of power exertion. Therefore ,for changing the actuality of the duty crime ,it is must be dialyze the distor- tion of the idea of power exertion from the understanding of the source and the essence and the aim of power. Feasible solutions are proposed from the aspects of ideology education, party spirit cultivation, and atmosphere development.%职务犯罪的严峻形势再度将权力行使问题抛上了风头浪尖,解析权力行使问题的根源在于权力行使理念的错位。为此,要改变当前职务犯罪的现状,就必须从对权力来源的认识、对权力本身的认识及权力目的的认识方面入手,透析权力行使理念的错位,从思想教育、党性修养和外在氛围等多方面着手提出矫正权力行使理念的可行措施。
