新型分层注水工艺高效测调技术的研究

         

摘要

针对传统工艺下的分层注水技术所带来的一些问题,研究并实现了一种新型分层注水高效测调技术.利用无线电能传输解决了井下狭小空间的电能供应问题;利用无线通信技术使PC机对井下各层段进行实时配注,实现了注水井的同步高效测调.新型分层注水工艺高效测调技术是在原有的常规测调注水工艺基础上进行的一次较大变革,使常规注水测调工艺带来的几个关键问题得到了较好解决.%Aiming at the problems brought by traditional hierarchical injection technology, we research and implement a new type of hierarchical injection and efficient testing adjustment techniques. Using microcomputer systems and wireless remote communication equipment, we achieve the synchronous testing and adjustment of each layer underground; using of wireless power transfer equipment to solve the problem of power supply in small space underground; small diameter flow tester and pressure tester underground can supply real-time transmission of the data of each layer to the ground. Intelligently injecting each layer by the intelligent system of PC, in which the date can also be restored, and it can give us a further understanding of each layer and achieve real-time control. New type of hierarchical injection and efficient testing adjustment techniques is a lager revolution based on traditional injection technology, which has resolved several key problems brougt by traditional injection.
