变压器高压套管均压球区域电场分析及其结构优化

         

摘要

为研究变压器高压套管均压球圆弧半径和升高座直径对电场分布的影响以及对其结构进行优化,以一台220 kV变压器为例,利用Pro/E参数化建模技术和Ansoft有限元分析软件对变压器高压套管均压球区域电场进行了三维分析,得出了套管均压球圆弧半径及升高座直径对均压球表面电场强度最大值的影响规律,讨论了在满足绝缘要求的前提下对该处绝缘结构进行优化的问题.结果表明,在不改变均压球圆弧处最大场强的前提下,通过增加均压球圆弧半径,可以减小升高座直径,降低变压器制造成本.%This article investigates the effect of stress distributor radius and turret diameter on the electric field distribution of a transformer and the possible optimization of its structure. Using a 220 kV transformer as an example, we applied the Pro/E model techniques and Ansoft finite element analysis software to conduct a three-dimensional analysis on the high voltage bushing stress distributor zone and obtained the influence tendency of distributor radius and turret diameter on the maximum electric strength of the bushing stress distributor. We further discussed the possibility of optimizing the structure of bushing stress distributor under the same condition of insulation. Results showed that, while the maximum electric strength remains unchanged, the manufacturing cost of the transformer can be reduced by increasing the stress distributor radius which decreases the turret diameter.
