我国互联网金融产业的商业模式研究

摘要

The Internet Finance presents development trend of the whole industry and industrialization alliance , and the urgent problem to be solved is to build its business model support system .Based on 3-4-8 business model system, this paper is made to analyze the internet financial industry's value proposition,value network, value maintenance, value realization of the four constituent unit , and build the business model of internet finan-cial industry.Finally, puts forward the policy recommendations of strengthening the regulation and risk prevention of Internet financial industry , building fine development environment for the Internet financial industry and promoting cooperation of the Internet financial enterprises and guaran-tee agencies.%互联网金融呈现全行业、产业化联盟发展趋势，此时，亟待解决的问题是构建其商业模式支持体系。以“3－4－8”商业模式体系为基础，对互联网金融产业的价值主张、价值网络、价值维护、价值实现四个构成单元进行分析，构建互联网金融产业的商业模式。最后提出加强对互联网金融产业的监管与风险防范、营造良好的互联网金融产业发展环境、促进互联网金融企业与担保机构合作的政策建议。
