基于模特排时法的制造企业生产线平衡研究

摘要

In order to improve the manufacture efficiency , the determination and analysis on assembly process based on MOD indicated the problems in the assembly process , and identi-fied the main factor affecting the production capacity of the production line .The results showed that MOD can not only improve the standardization of work , but to reduce waste of man-hour and improve the line balancing rate .%为提高制造企业生产效率，运用模特排时法对某模拟装配过程进行详细的测定与分析，指出装配过程中存在的问题，并在此基础上，通过对某模拟生产线进行分析，找出影响生产线生产能力的主要因素。结果表明，模特排时法不但可以提高作业的标准化，而且能够减少工时浪费，提高生产线平衡率。
