考察P-gp抑制剂对蓬子菜中活性成分肠吸收的促进作用.采用大鼠肠襻模型及HPLC测定方法,以活性成分DXG的剩余百分数(R%)和肠吸收转化率(A%)为评价指标,考察P-gp抑制剂对蓬子菜中活性成分肠吸收的影响.结果表明,与对照组相比,各组DXG剩余百分数减少,单位时间吸收转化率增加,蓬子菜中活性成分的肠吸收增加.P-gp抑制剂通过竞争性抑制作用,对蓬子菜中活性成分的肠吸收具有一定促进作用,可提高蓬子菜活性成分的生物利用度,为蓬子菜的新药研究提供新的科学依据.%To study on the effect of P-gp inhibitor onintestinal absorption of active ingredient from Galiumverum L., the intestinal loop model and HPLC were used.Percentage of residual and conversion rate of absorption were evaluation parameter.Results indicated that compared with the control group, percentage of residual was decreasing and conversion rate of absorption was increasing respectively.Absorption of active ingredient from Galiumverum L.was improved well.P-gp inhibitor could increase intestinal absorption and improve the bioavailability of active ingredient from Galiumverum L., which canprovide the basis for research of Galiumverum L.
