燃煤烟气石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫影响因素研究

摘要

石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术在燃煤电厂脱硫中占有重要的地位.介绍了石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫技术的流程与涉及到的化学反应.通过对石灰石粒径、反应活性、烟气流量、入口二氧化硫体积分数、入口烟温、含尘量、浆液pH、钙硫比、液气比、固体停留时间及氯离子质量分数对脱硫效率影响的分析,为脱硫系统运行优化,降低运行成本,提高脱硫效率提供依据.%Limestone gypsum wet gas desulfurization technology plays an important role in the desulfurization of coal-fired power plants.The technology of limestone-gypsum wet desulphurization reaction process and related chemical reaction were introduced in this paper.Through the analysis of lime particle size, reaction activity, the of rate gas flow, the concentration of sulfur dioxide, entrance temperature of smoke, dust and slurry pH, calcium sulfur ratio, liquid gas ratio and solid retention time and the influence of chloride content on desulfurization the efficiency of the operation optimization of desulfurization system, reduce operating costs, providing the basis for improving the desulfurization efficiency.
