磁控管谐振系统计算机仿真研究

         

摘要

应用商业化有限元计算机仿真程序(SUPERFISH和MAXWELL),以2M214型微波炉用磁控管为例,对其谐振系统的模式分隔特性和电场分布特性进行了研究.重点计算和比较了无隔模带、有一环隔模带和有两环隔模带结构磁控管的模式分隔度.仿真结果表明有限元法程序计算结果与场论计算结果能很好地吻合,证实了本方法用于指导磁控管工程设计的可用性,并给出了评估不同磁控管阳极结构的模式分隔特性的模谱分布图.通过有限元求解的后处理技术,给出了磁控管互作用空间电场分布的计算机仿真结果(等位带和矢量图表示),为进一步研究场分布规律提供了一种新的手段.%Taking Model 2M214 microwave oven magnetron as an example, the characteristics of mode separation and electric field distribution of the magnetron axe investigated by using commercial computer simulation based on finite-element numerical codes, MAXWELL and SUPERFISH. The unstrapped, single-ring strapping and dual-strapping magnetron anode blocks are taken into consideration. Good agreement between theoretical prediction and simulation analysis has been achieved. The applicability of this approach to the engineering design of magnetrons has been proved, and evaluation for different structures of the anode block is given by the analysis of mode separation in term of mode spectrum pattemn. Through the post - processing technique of the finite element solution, the computer simulation results of electric fields in magnetron interaction space are displayed by using equipotential trip and vector patterns so that this method proposed in this paper offers a new approach for the study of electric field distribution.
