高技术园区对区域经济的辐射和带动评价研究

高技术园区对区域经济的发展有强烈地辐射和带动作用. 深入地研究这种辐射和带动作用机理并进行合理评价，可以为制定高技术园区政策提供科学依据. 根据区域经济的增长极理论，分析高技术园区对区域经济的辐射和带动机制，认为园区对区域经济的辐射和带动作用是通过极化效应和扩散效应的叠加产生溢出效应的结果；在机制研究的基础上，应用模糊综合评价方法，建立高技术园区对区域经济辐射和带动的评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型，实现园区对区域经济辐射和带动作用的定量分析和评价.%Describes the significant effect of high-tech park on the development of regional economy providing scientific basis for formulating high-tech park policy, analyzes the promotion mechanism of high-tech park to regional economy and points out the promotional effect of high-tech park is the spill-off effect produced by polarization and spreading effect, establishes an evaluation index system and synthetic evaluation model of radiation and promotion of high-tech park to regional economy, and attains the quantitative analysis and evaluation to the problem by applying the synthetic evaluation method.
