摘要

为改善设备在运行中的不稳定性，提高钢球加工精度，利用变频技术控制电机，确保钢球产品加工精度的均匀性，同时也满足了加工不同规格钢球及多种工艺参数的要求。%　　In order to improve the unstability of machine in running and increase processing accuracy of the steel ball,the motor is controlled by frequency conversion technology.By doing this,the uniformity of steel ball processing accuracy is ensured and requirements of processing steel ball of various sizes and process parameters are met.
