酞菁功能化纳米纤维对染料废水的脱色研究

         

摘要

In this paper ,CoPc‐NF was used to the decoloration of reactive red X‐3B dye wastewater .CoPc‐NF had high adsorption capacity to dye molecules ,and could further promote the catalytic oxidation efficiency as well as the degradation and decoloration of reactive red X‐3B when H2 O2 presented as the oxidant . The optimum decoloration conditions was determined by the single factor experimental method .The results showed that more than 90% of reactive red X‐3B could be eliminated by CoPc‐NF/H2O2 within 90 min when CoPc content was 365 μmol/g ,pH was 2 ,reaction temperature was 50 ℃ ,and H2 O2 concentration was 8 mmol/L .%将酞菁表面功能化纤维素纳米纤维材料CoPc‐NF应用于活性艳红X‐3B染料废水的脱色处理。实验发现CoPc‐NF对染料分子有较强的吸附能力,溶液中有H2 O2氧化剂存在时,CoPc能快速有效地使活性艳红X‐3B溶液催化氧化降解脱色。利用单因素实验方法研究了染料溶液的最佳脱色条件。结果表明:CoPc为365μmol/g、溶液pH =2、反应温度为50℃、H2 O2为8 mmol/L时,经过90 min催化氧化反应,CoPc‐NF/H2 O2反应体系可使活性艳红X‐3B溶液浓度下降90%以上。
