论毛泽东法律思想的主要特性

摘要

As an important part of Mao Zedong thought,Mao Zedong’s View on law has not only played an irreplaceable role in the process of Chinese revolution and construction but also laid a solid foun-dation in the construction of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics for New China,thus making outstanding contributions to the Chinese socialist construction.Mao Zedong’s View on law has distinct features,as is evident esp.in three aspects-class nature and equality,national character and democracy, and prudence and tolerance.%毛泽东法律思想是毛泽东思想的重要组成部分，不仅在中国革命和建设的过程中发挥了不可替代的作用，并且为新中国有中国特色的社会主义法治建设奠定了坚实的基础、做出了不可磨灭的卓越贡献。毛泽东的法律思想具有鲜明的特性，尤其表现在其阶级性与平等性、人民性和民主性与慎重性和宽容性三个方面。
