康复训练联合高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者康复期神经细胞因子分泌及氧化应激反应的影响

     

摘要

目的:探讨康复训练联合高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者康复期神经细胞因子分泌及氧化应激反应的影响.方法:选取2O15年1月~2O17年5月间在本院进行康复期治疗的脑梗死患者11O例,经随机数表法分为常规组、高压氧组各55例.常规组接受常规康复训练,高压氧组接受康复训练联合高压氧治疗.对比两组患者入院即刻(TO)、治疗14d后(T1)血清中神经因子、神经递质、氧化应激指标含量的差异.结果:TO时,两组血清中神经因子、神经递质、氧化应激指标含量的差异无统计学意义.T1时,高压氧组血清中神经因子MBP、NSE的含量低于常规组,NGF的含量高于常规组;血清中神经递质Glu的含量低于常规组,GABA的含量高于常规组;血清中氧化应激指标ROS、LHP的含量低于常规组, CA T、SOD的含量高于常规组.结论:脑梗死患者康复期患者接受康复训练联合高压氧治疗,可有效优化神经功能并抑制全身氧化应激反应.%Objective:To discuss the influence of rehabilitation training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the nerve cytokine secretion and oxidative stress in rehabilitation period of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 11O patients with cerebral infarction who received rehabilitation therapy in the hospital between January 2O15 and May 2O17 were divided into routine group(n=55)and hyperbaric oxygen group(n=55)according to random number table.Routine group re-ceived regular rehabilitation training,and hyperbaric oxygen group underwent rehabilitation training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The differences in the serum contents of nerve factors,neurotransmitters and oxidative stress indexes were compared between the two groups at immediately after admission(TO)and after 14d of treatment(T1).Results:At TO,there was no statistically significant difference in the serum contents of nerve factors,neurotransmitters and oxidative stress indexes between the two groups.At T1,serum nerve factors MBP and NSE contents of hyperbaric oxygen group were lower than those of routine group while NGF content was higher than that of routine group;serum neurotransmitter Glu content was lower than that of routine group while GABA content was higher than that of routine group;serum oxidative stress indexes ROS and LHP contents were lower than those of routine group while CAT and SOD contents were higher than those of routine group.Conclu-sions:Rehabilitation training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively optimize the nerve function and inhibit the systemic oxidative stress response in rehabilitation period of patients with cerebral infarction.
