Advances in the effects of supplementation vitamin D on metabolic syndrome

Metabolic syndrome is a syndrome of central obesity,diabetes or impaired glucose metabolism,dyslipidemia,hypertension,hyperuricemia and a series of metabolic disorders.The incidence of terminal events is high,especially cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events have been among the top three causes of death,which seriously threatens human health.Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin with many functions.The relationship between its deficiency and metabolic syndrome has attracted attention at home and abroad.Whether supplementation vitamin D can improve the state of metabolic syndrome is inconsistent with the existing research conclusions.This paper mainly discusses the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and various components of metabolic syndrome(obesity,diabetes,hypertension,dyslipidemia),and the effect of vitamin supplementation D on these metabolic diseases.
